so, how do you train for an Ironman?
all of sudden I stopped and the entire contents of my stomach came up.. I suddendly got a bit concerned.
I just started willing it to end. But it didn’t, I got off for a while and sat on a fence for a few minutes, pissed myself and tried not to cry too much. I was amazed to then see someone pass me, I had thought I was last.
I reckon that completing an Ironman is as near as a bloke can get to having a baby.

The route was very scenic, the aid stations were run with military precision, and the roadkill was varied. Things were looking good. Then all of a sudden my legs started to complain that they’d seen enough of the Forest of Dean and would rather be doing something else.
